Appointments
It’s easy! Go to the Book Appointment page, choose how many oysters you want, and pick an available date/time. Once we have your appointment booked, we take care of everything else! All we need is a place to set up. We deliver, shuck and serve you fresh oysters in the comfort of your home or, wherever makes the most sense. When we’re done, we clean everything up and head out!
Nope! Sit back, relax, and indulge! We have our own equipment and bring the oyster bar experience to you. Most at-home appointments have us set up around their backyard, patio, or pool.
We serve some of the best east coast oysters flown in fresh each week from our partner farms in New England and eastern Canada. We also carry our own oysters occasionally throughout the year.
No, we take care of that too! This is a full service oyster bar experience.
We do! For all parties in the Lakeway, Round Rock, Dripping Springs, and other surrounding areas our fee is $3 per mile outside the Austin city limits.
You can tip when you book your appointment online, or pay cash in person. Our shuckers are there to serve you as if you were at a restaurant. If you’d tip at a restaurant, we’d encourage you to do the same with our staff!
Cancellation Policy / Weather
Our policy states that you can cancel up to 10 days in advance for a full refund. Anything under that time is subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50%). If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate at no penalty, we just ask that you give us at least 48 hours heads up!
We work around inclement weather! We can set up in a covered area in a backyard, garage, or inside your home. If you’d like to reschedule your appointment you can reschedule 7 days from the original date of the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

We are open every week Thursday through Sunday, and typically don’t operate during the middle of the week. However if you have a special occasion or a specific need for an event during the week please reach out to us and we’ll see if we have availability.
